If You Don't Have a Case Manager,   Then We Can Still Schedule You For Consultation / Diagnosis, However You Would Be Responsible for the Parts Cost.   It All Starts With This Form

If You Do Have A Case Manager, Make Sure Getting Your Car Repaired is Part of Your Care Plan. Then fill out This Form

- Once you submit the form,  someone from the team will reach out to you within the next business day.

- We will then schedule a time / day for Inspection / Diagnosis of your issue. (Regardless of what other shops may have diagnosed, we still have to diagnose it ourselves)

***THOSE WITH A CASE MANAGER***

- Once diagnosed we will give you and your case manager a copy of the estimate, and your case manager will then attempt to get funding for the parts.  If approved, then we will source the parts and contact you to schedule a repair.

***THOSE WHO ARE SELF PAY***

- Once diagnosed we will give you an estimate for the parts cost, and then we schedule the repair from there.   If there are funding issues we can always prioritize the more dangerous/ safety related repairs first.

No,   No Need Garage does not accept customer supplied parts. All parts and consumables needed for the repair will be sourced through No Need Garage.

Basic engine repairs

Suspension Repairs

Air conditioning
Etc...

Repair limitations are established on a case by case basis.

As of Right Now, No Need Garage is Operating Under Appointments Only
